Welcome to Hire A Date. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.Service Overview: Hire A Date is a dating service designed for individuals looking for companionship during short stays in the city. It is not a matchmaking or marriage service.

2.Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years of age to use our service. By signing up, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and up to date.

3.Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal information will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

4.Booking Process: Bookings should be made in advance, subject to availability. Any last-minute requests will be accommodated based on service availability.

5.Cancellations: Cancellations can be made up to 8 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Repeated cancellations  will incur a fee and lose of post pay option for  future bookings.

6.Behavioral Expectations: Users are expected to treat companions with respect and courtesy. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or abuse, will result in immediate termination of the service and may be reported to authorities.

7.Liability: As members join our services voluntarily, Hire A Date is not liable for any damages or losses incurred from the use of our platform. While we aim to create a safe and enjoyable experience, participation is at your own risk. 

8.No Sharing of Personal Details: Members should never be asked for personal or direct contact information.

9.Rate Discussions: Do not negotiate payment or rates with our members. Payments are handled by our team, and we ensure competitive compensation.

10.Purely Social Dates: Social dates are strictly non-physical. Do not attempt to pressure members into anything beyond a social interaction.

11.Service Upgrades: If you wish to upgrade from a social date to a more intimate arrangement, contact us—not the member. This option is available only for select profiles.

12.Adhere to Profile Details: Do not ask for services outside of what's listed in the member's profile.

13.Payments: Please ensure that all payments are made directly through our platform. Direct payments to members are not permitted untill unless informed by our customer care.

14.Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these terms or illegal conduct.

15.Modifications: Hire A Date reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through email or SMS.

16.Opt-out Policy: If you no longer wish to receive messages from us, simply reply STOP, and we will remove your number from our database.

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in immediate termination of service without a refund and blacklisting of your profile.
